Little Fish Theatre is run on a day to day basis by Artistic Directors Alex Cooke and Suha Al-Khayyat. The company employs expert freelance arts practitioners and professional actors on a project by project basis. The main activities of the company are:
• Production of new and exciting issue based theatre for young people with training resources
• Community outreach projects
• Corporate training

The creative arts engage young people regardless of age, race or ability. The company's work is designed to challenge young people's value systems, enabling them to develop skills to positively contribute to their community.
